​Master's of Swing Trading Course Refund Policy

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Full Refund Eligibility: We offer the student a full refund of the ​course fee, without any deductions, where it is established that Aplus Trading ​Hub failed in any of its enrollment duties to the student after payment. That is, we did not enroll the student into the learning platforms, thereby failing to perform its enrollment duties, within reasonable time  [exceeding 72 hours] when learning has commenced.

1.2 Partial Refund Eligibility: We offer a partial refund of the ​course fee less a flat fee of 4,000 Naira, if the student has made a part payment, and not been enrolled into the learning platforms ​and demands a refund for whatever reason.

1.3 Partial Refund Eligibility: We offer a partial refund of the ​course fee less a flat fee of 10,000 Naira, if the student has made a full payment, and not been enrolled into the learning platforms ​and demands a refund for whatever reason.

1.4 No Refund Eligibility: No refund will be provided if the student has been enrolled into the ​learning platforms​, whether or not the student has accessed any part of the course content.

2. Refund Request Process

2.1 Contact Us: To request a refund, the student must contact our support team at [​aplustradinghub.info@gmail.com].

2.2 Provide Details: The student must provide details including, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.

2.3 Evaluation: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.

Our refunds are processed at the end of 10 working days from receipt of the student request.

3. Payment Disputes

3.1 Payment Disputes: Initiating a payment dispute without contacting ​Aplus Trading Hub first may result in the student being banned from future enrollments and access to course materials.

4. Changes to Refund Policy

4.1 Policy Modification: ​Aplus Trading Hub reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated to students.

By enrolling in a course at ​Aplus Trading Hub, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
